After more than 30 years working in information technology, I've learned that successful technology isn't about having the newest tools—it's about solving real business problems.

My passion has always been finding practical ways to use technology to simplify daily challenges and create better experiences for both business owners and their customers.

One area where I have developed deep expertise is the nail salon industry. Over the years, I have designed and implemented custom Point-of-Sale (POS) systems tailored specifically to the unique needs of salon owners. By understanding how these businesses operate, I have been able to create solutions that help streamline appointments, manage staff, track sales, improve customer service, and support long-term growth.
